Designed for the participants of the 2024 West Coast Rumble, these six scenarios are designed for minimum set up time, resulting in maximum playing time.


Q37 – VRATARNICA, YUGOSLAVIA, 1 October 1944: In the shadow of the Danube's Iron Gates, as WWII's tides turn in the Balkans, the 7th SS-Mountain Division Prinz Eugen faces a critical confrontation. On October 1, 1944, amidst fierce combat at Vratarnica, its desperate attempt to secure a vital bridgehead against Bulgarian forces becomes a brutal test of strategy and endurance.

Q38 – Northwest of LIÈGE, BELGIUM, 11 May 1940: As dawn broke on May 11, the German 4th Panzer Division, invigorated by the fall of Fort Eben-Emael and key Albert Canal crossings, launched a relentless advance northwest of Liège, Belgium. With Belgian forces in disarray and the strategic route to Liège compromised, the stage was set for a dramatic German push that would reshape the battle lines of Western Europe.

Q39 – MARNACH, LUXEMBOURG, 16 December 1944: On a frozen morning in Luxembourg, the 38th Panzer-Pionier Battalion and the 304th Panzergrenadier Regiment clashed with the steadfast defenders of Company B, 110th Regiment, U.S. 28th Infantry Division, in a battle for control of Marnach. With both sides entrenched, the Germans' attempt to break through with flamethrowers and explosives met fierce resistance, setting the stage for a pivotal confrontation on the road to Bastogne.

Q40 – SAINT POUÇIN SUR SIOULE, FRANCE, 19 June 1940: In a daring blitz towards the Loire on a June morning in 1940, the elite SS-Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler regiment led a surprise assault on the French-defended town of Saint Pouçin. Racing through mortar fire and armoured cars, the Germans surged into the town, but a fierce French stand and the destruction of a vital bridge turned the tide, setting the stage for a brutal, close-quarters fight.

Q41 – TRÉVIÈRES, FRANCE, 9 June 1944: During the heated Normandy campaign, the US 9th and 38th Infantry Regiments faced a daunting task: capture the strategically positioned village of Trévières. Hindered by rugged bocage and fierce German resistance, the battle turned into a desperate fight against both nature and machine-gun nests, with heroic leadership keeping the American advance alive as they pushed toward their crucial objective before dawn.

Q42 – BREST-LITOVSK, POLAND, 26 June 1941: At the heart of the northern island conflict, Major Gavrilov's East Fort stood as a bastion of Soviet defiance, enduring relentless German artillery and air bombardment. As the fort's walls crumbled under the weight of Stuka bombs, the beleaguered defenders mounted a valiant last stand, highlighting extraordinary courage in the face of overwhelming odds, ultimately marking a heroic, albeit tragic, chapter in the battle's history.
